The little house is a cheerfully furnished apartment, with attention to detail and dedicated exclusively to adult guests. The entrance, from the practical main veranda, is independent. It has a double room with ceiling fan, air conditioner and access to a side veranda; in the living room there is a TV with DT and satellite dish and a sofa bed.

It has a led TV. The bathroom has a shower and an automated skylight. The kitchen is equipped with a medium-small refrigerator with icebox, a 4-burner gas hob and a microwave oven, small appliances, steel pots. Outside there are barbecue and washing machine. Free Wifi. The Casina overlooks a veranda with a large table, armchairs and a sitting area. For moments of relaxation there are outdoor spaces in the garden. The swimming pool (1.40 m high) with whirlpool is available for our guests. Parking inside the garden enclosed by an automatic gate. The property offers, on request, some bicycles.
